摘要
我国的铝土矿资源丰富,但多为一水硬铝石型,铝硅比偏低。目前广泛采用浮选脱硅的方法脱除其中的硅酸盐脉石矿物,以适应拜耳法生产氧化铝的工艺要求。介绍了我国铝土矿正浮选和反浮选工艺中所使用的捕收剂,讨论了目前常用的捕收剂和正在研发的一些新型捕收剂,并展望了铝土矿浮选所用捕收剂的研究前景。
China is wealthy in bauxite resources, but, a majority of which is diasporic bauxite and has a lower ratio of aluminum to silicon. At present, in order to meet the technological requirements of producing alumina by Bayer process,flotation is widely used in removing the silicate gangue minerals in bauxite. This paper describes the collecting agents used in direct flotation and reverse flotation processes of bauxite in China, discusses the conventional collecting agents and a number of new ones developed at present, finally, prospects the study and development of collecting agents used in the flotation of bauxite.
