摘要
对某混合铜矿石进行了浮选试验。试验采用氧化矿硫化优先浮选,粗选分批加药,粗精矿再磨再选的工艺流程,同时选用选择性好、捕收能力强的捕收剂GY和乙黄药混合,较好地实现了铜硫分离。在确定了最佳粗选条件和精选条件后,进行了实验室小型闭路试验,获得了铜精矿铜品位20.25%,回收率80.35%的指标。
The flotation experiment of some mixed copper ore was carried out. The technological flowsheet applied in the experiment is preferential copper oxide ore flotation, including two - stage rough flotation in which the reagents were added in batches,one - stage scavenging of reground rough concentrate, the combination of GY and ethyl xanthate was used as collector and sodium sulfide was used to sulphidize the copper oxide ore. By this technological process the separation of copper and sulfur was achieved. Base on the determined optimal condition of rough floatation and scavenging, by close- circuit experiments,a copper concentrate containing copper of 20.25% ,with copper recovery of 80.35% was obtained.
