摘要
用聚合硫酸铁和阳离子有机高分子絮凝剂处理铁选矿用水中的大量悬浮物,其协同效果比单独等量加入更好,可使选矿水循环使用。由轧钢废酸水制备聚合硫酸铁,既可提高净水剂的净水效果,还可降低处理费用。当加入75mg/L聚合硫酸铁和2 mg/L阳离子有机高分子絮凝剂的混合物时,絮凝效果最好。选矿循环水中悬浮物的浓度与浊度的回归方程为y=0.00094x2+0.351x+1.732,通过测定浊度可大大节省测定悬浮物含量的时间。
When polymeric ferric sulfate(PFS) and organic cationic polymer flocculants (OCPF) are used together to treat the circulating water with suspended solids in iron mineral processing,as the synergistic effect of them the treatment efficiency of circulating water is much better than that when only equivalent PFS or OCPF is used added. As PFS which is made of acidic waste water from steel rolling is used as the purifying agent, not only the water purification effect can be improved but also the treatment cost can be cut down. When a mixture of 75mg/L and 2mg/L OCPF is added, the flocculation effect will reach a best level. The regression equation of the concentration and turbidity of suspended solids in flooding water during mineral processing is y =0.00094x^2 +0. 351x + 1.732. A great deal of time can be saved for determining suspended solids in the circulating water by measuring the turbidity.
