Strategy for Sustainable Development of Copper Industry in China

分析了铜资源在我国的战略地位,总结了我国铜资源的主要特点,对我国铜资源的供需状况进行了分析。提出了实现我国铜工业可持续发展的主要措施,其中包括:加强国内铜资源勘探,加强国内重点工程建设,加强低品位铜矿的研究与开发,整合行业资源,组建具有国际竞争力的大集团,促进再生铜资源的合理利用,建立铜储备政策和制度,积极稳妥地利用国外资源。

The strategic position of copper resources in China is analyzed in this paper, the main characteristics of copper resources in China are summed up, and the supply - demand situation of copper resources is investigated. Several measures are put forward to realize the sustainable development of copper industry of our country, such as, strengthening the exploitation of copper resource ,speeding up the key project of our country, improving the use of low - grade copper ores, integrating the industry resources to built up large enterprise with international competitiveness, improving the rational use of reproducible copper resources, setting up policy and system of eopper reservation, madding vigorous yet cautious efforts to develop and utilize foreign copper resource steadily.
