六辊冷轧机变接触中间辊板形控制性能研究 被引量:5

Study on Shape Control Characteristics for Varying Contact Intermediate Roll of 6-hi Cold Rolling Mill

摘要 为了实现辊间压力均匀分布,降低辊间压力尖峰值,提出将变接触技术应用在六辊冷轧机上,即通过中间辊采用特殊的VCR(Varying Contact Roll)辊形曲线,使其兼有六辊CVC轧机的"辊缝柔性"和六辊HC轧机的"辊缝刚性",并且极大的改善了辊间压力分布情况,有利于工业的稳定生产和带钢板形质量的提高,并且可以节省投资成本和生产费用。 For realizing the contact pressure uniformity and decreasing the pressuring peak between mils, a 6-hi cold rolling mill was proposed. Through the VCR intermediate roll contour, the 6-hi VCR mill had the advanta- ges of both the roll gap flexible characteristics of the 6-hi CVC mill and the roll gap crowing stiffness characteristics of the 6-hi HC mill, and it could improve the contacting state between rolls greatly. It could bring the producing stabilization and good strip quality, and it could economize the investing costs and producing consumption.
