基于微单元离散方法的热连轧轧辊变形研究

摘要 利用微单元离散解析的方法建立了热连轧轧辊变形模型,充分考虑了轧制过程中接触面间压力分布的不均匀性问题,根据卡氏定理,建立支撑辊弯曲变形模型,并且为轧辊压扁的计算引入了离散化计算的新方法。根据实际生产数据,与传统轧辊变形计算方法做比较,验证了本模型的正确性。 Based on micro-units of discrete analytic method, the roll deformation model in hot strip rolling was established. The force distributing unevenness between the roll and roll was concerned sufficiently. Grounded on the Castigliano's theorem, the bending deflection of the backup roll was established. And the new algorithm based on discrete elements was involved in the calculation of roll flattening. Based on the actual rolling data, the correctness of the model was testified by comparing with the old algorithm of roll flattening.
