摘要
基于电镀锌涂层机组所用短波红外加热炉,考虑带钢、涂层、机组速度等因素的影响,对红外加热炉进行了系统的热平衡分析,建立了求解的数学模型。经过一系列的理论推导,最终确立了对输入电压的求解方法。
This thesis is based on the research of the IR (infrared) Heating Oven of the galvanized coating unit. Considering the strip, coating, speed of the unit and other factors' affection, the Heating balance of the IR Heating Oven is analyzed, and the mathematical model of its solution is build. After a series of theoretical deductions, the method of solving the input voltage is geted, and realize the control of the IR Heating Oven is realized.
