摘要
随着板带生产线不断向高速化连续化方向发展,一些原有的推拉式酸洗生产线已经不能满足生产需求,酸洗生产线必然要选择连续式生产方式。由于连续式在长度上有所增加,带材跑偏现象愈发严重。通过分析连续式酸洗生产线现场调试过程中得出的数据,归纳出了板带生产线上容易出现带材跑偏的各个环节以及带材跑偏问题的解决办法。
To meet the needs of production, the strap production line is getting more quickly and more continuously. Some original acid pickling production line have already been not able to meet the needs of production, so the acid pickling production line must choose the continuous type. As the length of the continuous-type acid pickling production line increases, the steel plate displacement phenomenon gets more seriously. Analysing the data getting from the continuous - type acid pickling production line＇ s debugging process, the article sums up all links that the steel plate displacement phenomenon is easy to present and how to deal with the steel plate displacement phenomenon.
