连铸坯定重剪切技术的开发与应用 被引量:7

Development and Application of Cut-Weight Shearing Technology of Continuously Cast Slab

摘要 在连铸生产线上进行了由定尺剪切到定重剪切的连铸坯剪切技术开发与应用的研究,成功开发了上置式连铸坯定重剪切装置——钢坯称重机械手(已获专利),研究与解决了连铸生产线上N个流的被称重的钢坯是用同一台称,避免了多台称多个误差的称重数值偏差的问题;进行了定尺剪切连铸坯与定重剪切连铸坯生产过程的对比。研究结果表明:成品制作的定尺率、成材率有明显提高;同时指出这种技术的应用要求建立在过程工艺管理的平台上。 The Continuously cast slab cutting technology from cut-length to cut-weight at the continuous casting line are developed and applied. The top-mounted automatic cut-weight sheafing instrument of the casting slab weighing manipulator which has got the patent solves main problem that the multi-strand's casting slab weighed by only one balance, so there is no numerical deviation from multi-balance weighing multi-strand's casting slab separate- ly. The production process of cut-length sheafing slab to cut-weight sheafing slab are compared, the results show the rate of setting to length and the rate of finished product have got obvious improvement, at the same time this kind of technology needs better management in process engineering.
