福厦铁路钢系杆拱桥有砟钢桥面防护体系设计与施工工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 福厦铁路木兰溪及丘后特大桥128m钢系杆拱桥采用有砟正交异性钢桥面的结构形式,由于以前国内对钢桥面上的防腐、防水技术和材料方面没有进行系统研究,因此,联合铁道科学研究院金属及化学研究所,结合这两座桥,进行钢桥面防腐、防水试验研究,根据研究成果完成福厦铁路钢系杆拱桥正交异性钢桥面防护体系设计及施工工艺研究。 The 128 m steel tied arch bridges of Mulanxi and Qiuhou super major bridges over Fuzhou--Xiamen Railway apply the construction of orthotropic ballasted steel bridge deck. As in China there has never been systematic research on corrosion resistant and water proof technologies and materials for steel bridge deck, the experiment research of corrosion resistance and water proof for steel bridge deck based on these two bridges is carried out, and the research on design and construction technology of protection system for orthotropic ballasted steel bridge deck of steel tied arch bridge over Fuzhou--Xiamen Railway is completed. It mainly introduces the new protection system and its construction technology.
