In recent years, the cooperation of SMEs has been the hot topic between China and Japan economic and trade cooperation. The thesis discusses the background, the situation and the main problems of the cooperation of SMEs between China and Japan. Then on the basis of the above discussion, the thesis puts forward the countermeasures that contributes to the development of the cooperation of SMEs between China and Japan, and forecasts the new development trends of the cooperation of SMEs between China and Japan under the background of the global financial crisis.
