剪切应力-内皮细胞-Caveolin-1信号通路在动脉粥样硬化中的作用 被引量:9

摘要 动脉粥样硬化性疾病发病机制复杂且严重危害人类健康。单纯的脂质浸润学说、损伤反应学说、免疫炎症学说等都不能解释一个现象:动脉粥样硬化病变的局部好发性。但一个共同的事实是动脉粥样硬化病变好发的局部都存在血流动力学的异常。血流剪切应力异常是促进动脉粥样硬化病变形成的重要原因。但局部血流动力学变化是如何影响血管壁功能的确切机制尚未阐明,也就是说剪切应力变化与动脉粥样硬化局部好发性的关系并未完全阐明。剪切应力-内皮细胞-Caveolin-1信号通路在动脉粥样硬化形成中有重要作用,本文综述了目前已知血流剪切应力-内皮细胞-Caveolin-1信号通路在动脉粥样硬化中的作用并提出了急需解决的几个问题。
