Application of MATLAB in Military Software Reliability Modeling

摘要 军用软件对可靠性的要求很高。可靠性模型是对软件可靠性进行评估预测的重要工具,文章介绍了非齐次泊松过程类软件可靠性增长模型的原理以及如何运用MATLAB对软件故障数据进行统计分析以初步确定适用模型,在建模时进行模型参数估计,模型建立以后的分布拟合检验以确定模型是否适宜。 The military software has especially high demand for reliability. Reliability model is an important tools for reliability evaluation and prediction. In this paper, the principle of nonhomogeneous Poisson process (NHPP) models are introduced. And a detailed description about how to use MATLAB to statistics and analyze failure data, to estimate parameters of the reliability model and to test fitting goodness of distribution model after modeling is given.
