摘要 对目前免疫学技术在食品安全检测中的研究进展进行综述,希望对日后的食品安全生产、监督及研究起到一个借鉴作用,从而最终达到预防食物中毒的作用。 It has introduced the research progress of immunological detective technique for food security, these techniques will be used for reference in food hygiene test,supervision and reseatch, and then achieve the purpose of prevent the food poisoning finally.
