本文通过对福耀商住楼的修改设计和重新设计，改变其结构质式和受力特性的工程实例，说明合理的建筑结构设计，不仅能获得较好的建筑功能，提高土地利用率，得到合理的结构体系，有利于结构抗震，而且能得到较好的经济效益，并且方便施工、缩短工期。

In connection with the true engineedng example of Fuyao Business - living building on modificatary designing and redesigning and the changing of its structural type and characteristics umder the load, the essay proves that the reasonable design of construction can not only get better functions in the construction, improve the utilization factor of land, get reasonable structural system which is benefited to resisting the vibration, but also get more benefits from economy and investment and make a convenience of construction, shorten the time limit for the project.
