社会科学领域科研成果转化的若干思考——以科研生产力建设为视角

Several Thinking of Research Transfer in Social Sciences——by the Construction of Research Productive Force

文章认为社会科学科研成果转化要尊重科研规律,正视科研成果转化难、转化慢、转化率低等问题,分析背后存在的科研开发观念不强、成果质量不高、立项选题不准、转化渠道不畅、转化激励不够、转化投入不足等原因。围绕科研生产力发展,必须推动社会科学研究成果面向市场、面向社会,适应经济社会发展选准课题;建立科学的评价体系以提升研究质量;改革科研成果转化机制以疏通转化渠道,注重利用互联网构建科研成果的共享平台,重视成果的二次开发,改革科研成果转化的激励机制以形成正向激励。

Social sciences research transfer should follow the research directions given,but now we is facing many problems at this issue,such as transfer is very difficult,transfer is so slow and transfer rate is very inferior.In order to change and solve the condition,firstly we must improve the qualities of social sciences research.At the same time we should let social sciences research to meet the needs of markets and social development,and keep abreast of the times.
