Refitting Tower Crane, Raising the Capacity of A Crane

塔式起重机是目前使用较为广泛的垂直运输机械。但由于整机重心较高，使起重量受到很大限制，在工业厂房以及大跨度的网架装配作业时适用性差。为提高塔机起重能力，作者认为在起重机塔帽下起重臂起之间增设一支小桅杆，在平衡臂起重箱前安装一台五吨的电动卷扬机和半吨配重。这样可以提高塔机起重量以提满足工业厂房和大跨度网架的施工要求。

The tower crane is the vertical conveyer most widely used at preseat. But as its centre of gravity is high,unsuitable to be used in industrial plant and grandspan grid installation. In order to raise the crane's capacity, this anthor suggests to add a small connecting rod between crane's cap and arm, and to install a 59 electric hoist and a 5 t fittings before the fitting box of balbnce arm. Thus the capcaity of the crane can be raised to meet the construction requirements of idustrial plant ana grand span grid.
