摘要
综合运用CATIA、MSC.PATRAN等软件,结合摩托车车架结构特点和实际承载情况,建立了LX200摩托车车架有限元计算分析模型;通过模型检查,验证了模型的可行性和有效性;在此基础上对车架进行了有限元分析,并根据计算结果对车架进行了强度评价.结果表明,LX200摩托车车架设计较保守,具有较大的轻量化设计空间.
With the software of CATIA and MSC. PATRAN, the finite element analysis model of LX200 motorcycle frame is built by combining it with the structure characteristic and actual loads. Then the feasibility and effectiveness of the model are verified. At last finite element calculation is applied to the model, and the strength of the frame is appraised based on the results of finite element calculation. The result shows that the design of LX200 motorcycle frame is conservative, and its weight can be considerably decreased.
