摘要
本文通过谈物资采购控制程序的编制,意在说明:提高企业质量意识和管理水平,实行物资采购程序化、规范化的要求,以期达到降低消耗、保证质量、缩短工期、提高信誉、使用户满意的目的。
By talking about drawing up the controling procedure of goods and materials purchasing, this article is to show that in order to attain the purpose: to cut down consumption, guarantee the quality, shorten the job cycle, boost the reputationa and satisfy the consumers, we shall boost the quality - mindedness and the levels of managerial expertise of enterprises, make good and materials purchasing in procedure and normalized.
