摘要
设计了一种基于ARM的绝对式编码器智能接收器,用以进行绝对式编码器信号接收和显示.介绍了绝对式编码器的工作原理及其信号接收器的设计方案.该信号接收器以PH ILIPS公司LPC2000系列ARM处理器为核心,实现了与绝对式编码器的通信、译码、显示等功能.在倍加福传感器系统中的试用情况表明,该接收器具有电路设计简单、价格低廉、实时性好等特点.
This paper designs a kind of ARM-based absolute encoder signal receiver for the reception and display of absolute encoder signals, introduces the working principles of absolute encoder and the design of its signal receiver. This signal receiver realizes functions of communication, decoding, display, etc. with absolute encoder based on Philips LPC2000 Series ARM. Its application in PEPPERL + FUCHS sensor system shows its features such as simple design, cheap price and good real-time.
