摘要
研究了手持工具的工况和振动带来的影响,对比了镁合金与铝合金、钢的阻尼性能.并进行了实验,结果表明:镁合金的阻尼性比铝合金和碳钢高3—5倍,非常适用于手持工具的制造,镁合金手持工具具有非常广阔的应用前景.
In this paper, the effects of working conditions and vibration of hand tool are investigated. The damping properties of magnesium alloy are compared with those of aluminum and steel. The results show that the damping of magnesium alloy is three to five times higher than that of aluminum alloy and steel, and it facilitates manufacturing of hand tools. Magnesium alloy as hand tools parts has great prospects of application.
