Design and Application of Big Diameter Prestressed Steel Sleeve Concrete Pipeline in Marine Environment

本文结合深圳西部电厂工程实例介绍了大直径预应力钢套筒混凝土管在海水环境中的设计及应用情况。通过对管道承插口和预应力钢筋采取不同的防腐措施确保管道在海水环境中达到安全使用的目的。该管道在水下安装顺利，具有节约造价、节省工期、适应不同地基条件的特点。

Abstract: Prestressed steel sleeve concrete pipeline of big diameter was designed and applied in marine environment in the west power plant in Shenzhen city, Guangdong province in south China. Different corrosion prevention measures for the bell and spigot joints of the pipe and the prestressed steel bares are adopted to ensure the safety performance in marine environment. The under water installation of this pipeline was successful. This design has advantages of investment saving, short construction period and suitable to various foundation conditions.
