云锡肺癌和其他人群肺癌N-ras原位分子杂交检测的比较研究

摘要 用地高辛标记N-rascDNA原位分子杂交的方法,检测20例云锡矿工肺癌(M组)、20例非云锡地区非矿工肺癌(NM组)以及10例死于非肺部疾患者的尸解肺组织(C组)中N-ras癌基因的过表达情况.结果发现:M组、NM组和C组过表达率分别为55%(11/20),80%(16/20)和10%(1/10).结果提示:N-ras癌基因的过表达与云锡肺癌和非云锡肺癌的发生有关,且尽管云锡矿工肺癌发病因素具有特殊性,但其N-ras基因的过表达与非云锡地区其他人群肺癌相比无特异性.同时。 With a method of N-ras cDNA situ hybridization marked by digoxin, N-ras oncogene expression was detected in 20 samples of miner lung cancer tissue (M group), in 20 samples of non-miner lung cancer tissue (NM group) and in 10 samples normal lung tissue (C group). As a result the expression rates were 55% (11/20), 80% (16/20) and 10% (1/10) respectively in M, NM and C groups. The results demonstrated that N-ras oncogene high expression was related to the carcinogenesis of miner lung cancer and non-miner lung cancer. Although specific in its occurrence factors, N-ras oncogene high expression of miner lung cancer was not special compared with that of non-miner lung cancer. Positive reaction was also found in hyperplastic epithelium of pericancerous lung tissue.
