摘要
利用标准牙片在计算机的辅助下,对20例牙周病牙槽骨角形缺损的修复进行一维和两维影像学对比分析.结果显示,牙槽骨角形缺损骨修复性面积的获得主要与原缺损表面长度、原缺损面积、原缺损两侧相差高度有关;通常面积的获得比纯粹的高度获得要明显;用骨高度与牙长或根长的线性比例的一维方法来评价牙槽骨角形缺损的修复是不够准确的。
With the aid of standard tooth pictures and computer, one-and-two dimensional radiography analysis was made of the repair of periodontal angular bony defect in 20 cases. As shown by the results, the acquisition of repair area of periodontal angular bony defect was chiefly associated with the original defects in surface length, area and height; the acquired area was more obvious in general than the absolute height obtained; it was accurate to evaluate the repair of periodontal angular bony defect with one-dimensional method, namely the linear proportion between bony height and tooth length or root length, whereas two-dimensional analysis was more exact in this aspect.
