摘要
选用3个月龄SD雌性大鼠64只,分卵巢切除(OVX组)和假手术(Sham-O组);术后第1,3,5,7月取L2椎体.在测量椎体几何形态后,进行垂直压缩试验,持续记录负载变形曲线.结果显示:OVX组椎体平均高度减低(P<005),椎体上端前后缘变大(P<005),说明骨质疏松时椎体可能发生了楔形改变,椎体上端矢状径的改变较明显.OVX组1月时椎体载荷及能承受的应力等均已明显下降(P<001),7月时降至低值.椎体力学强度的减低。
