Therapeutic Observation of Cyclphospharmide Attack on Lupus Nephritis

对大剂量环磷酰胺与甲基甲的松龙配合强的松冲击治疗重症狼疮性肾炎的疗效进行比较．结果表明环磷酰胺较甲基强的松龙缓解率高，稳定期长，副作用小。

Compared was the therapeutic action on lupus nephritis by large-dose combination of cyslphospharmide with methylpredinisolone. The result indicated that the combined drug was high in relief rate, stable in action, small in side-effect and worth a wide application.
