葡萄糖引起胰岛素分泌的分子机制

摘要 循环血液中的葡萄糖水平是决定胰岛素释放的主要因素.在胰岛β细胞内,葡萄糖主要经糖酵解途径释放ATP,关闭ATP敏感的K+通道,引起膜去极化,最后由于细胞内Ca2+浓度升高而激活胞吐机制,释放胰岛素. The glucose level in the circulating blood is a major factor for the release of insulin. In the β-cell of insulin, glucose releases ATP by the means of glucogenolysis. Closing ATP-sensitive K+ channel leads to membrane depolarization, which releases insulin secretion due to the rise of Ca2+ concentration stimulating exocytosis.
