Therapeutic Observation of Cetrizet Treatment of Urticaria

赛特赞是第２代非镇静类抗组胺类药物，它是Ｈ１受体的拮抗剂，能有效的抑制主要由组胺介导的速发型变态反应；同时又能抑制嗜酸性细胞、中性白细胞及淋巴细胞等的趋化、移动及活化，有效的抑制炎性介质的释放，从而也就抑制了由此而介导的迟发性变态反应．３４例急、慢性荨麻疹患者口服赛特赞治疗。

Cetrizet is a drug of 2nd-generation nosedating antihistamines. It is a Hi-receptor antagonist, which can effectively inhibit the prompt allergic reaction induced by hislamines. Meanwhile it can prohibit the declination, movement and activation of eosinophils, neutrophils and lymphocytes. Since it prevents inflammatory medium from releasing, cetrizet can check the mediated phyersensitivity reaction induced by inflammatory medium. Reported here are 34 cases of acute and chronic urticaria treated with cetrizet, in whom satisfactory results was obtained. 
