二维彩色多普勒超声心动图对39例二尖瓣脱垂的再评估

我们应用二维彩色多普勒超声心动图重新评估了39例二尖瓣脱垂的病人。全部病例均行心电图及植物种经功能检查，部分病例经手术及病理证实。根据二尖瓣环的非平面三维学说，我们认为，二维彩色多普勒超声诊断病理性二尖瓣脱垂应具有以下条件：1．二尖瓣叶体部于收缩期向上移位并超过辩环线凸入左房；2．二尖瓣增厚并拉长；3．二尖瓣活动异常；4．明显的二尖瓣返流。

We reassessed 39 pations with mitral valve prolapse (MVP) by two－dimensional color Doppler echocardiography (2D-CDE). The ECG and/or examination of autonomic nervous function was obtained in eachcase. The patiens of part were confirmed by surgery and pathology. According to three-dimensional theory of mitral annular nonplane and the study result, we put forward 2D-CDEdiagnostic standards for pathological MVP:1. the body of mitral leaflet was displaced over annulus into the left atrium. during systole ; 2 the mitral valve wasthickening and lengthening ; 3 the mitral valve was in abnormal motions 4. the mitral valve flow was obvious regurgitation.
