激光治疗声带囊肿14例疗效观察

声带囊肿较少见，常误诊为声带息肉。传统切除方法治疗，因囊肿基广，表面光滑，有弹性，手术时易滑脱，如囊壁残留常易复发。本文报告用Nd：YAG激光治疗14例，经随访三年，13例1次治愈，l例2次治愈，疗效佳。

The cyst of vocal cord is rare in clinic, which is usually misdiagnosed as polyp Of vocal cord. The cyst was resected in conventional treatment. It might leave remains of cyst in inner wall because of wide base and smooth surface, so that it might recur. Fourteen cases suffering from cyst of vocal cord were treated with Nd:YAG Laser. Thirteen cases recovered after one time laser treatment. Only 1 case was treated with laser 2 times.
