高职院校科技管理初探

Discussing on Sci-tech Management of Higher Vocational Colleges

高职的办学目标是为地方经济发展培养高技能应用性人才和提供应用型科技成果,因此,高职院校的科技管理应区别于本科院校。在制订相关科技政策时要重视对应用性成果的引导,体现出服务地方经济的特点;要制订全面合理的激励制度,充分发挥管理的激励职能,不断发掘教师的科研潜力,促进教师不断提升自己的科研能力;要构建好科技服务平台,为教师提供良好的科研和科技服务环境,才能更好地为地方经济、文化建设服务。

The purpose of running a higher vocational college is to cultivate high-skilled practical personnel for local economic development and offer sci--tech achievements of applicable type. It is well--known that most of higher vocational colleges nowadays in our country used to be technical secondary schools in the past, and that determined a kind of closer relation between sci--tech management of higher vocational colleges and the teachers＇ scientific research level. On the one hand, scitech management is based on teachers＇ scientific research levels and abilities. On the other hand, high--level sci--tech management will in turn powerfully promote the teachers＇ levels and abilities of scientific research. Only by working out all-round and reasonable sci-tech policies, bringing incentive function of management and the teachers＇ potential of scientific research into full play, and helping the teachers improve their ability to have scientific research, can higher vocational colleges do better for their local economy and culture construction.
