摘要
为了解神经系统疾病对小儿生长发育的影响，对３７８例患儿进行病因及后遗症分析，发现感染性中枢神经系统疾病１９６例（占５１．８％），其中颅内感染９５例，治疗后留后遗症１７例，死亡３例；非感染性中枢神经系统疾病１８２例，其中癫痫１０８例，经治疗智力低下者１５例。因此小儿神经系统疾病应早期预防，及早诊治，以降低发病率。
In order to find out the effect of neuropathy on child growth development,the causes and sequelae of neuropathy were analysed in 378 cases (196 cases of infective central neuropathy and 182 noninfectious neuropathy).Among the 196 cases of infective central neuropathy,95were intracranial infection, 17 cases were with sequelae and 3 death after treatment.While within the other 182 noninfectious neuropathy,108 were epilepsy and 15 cases were with hypophrenia after treatment. The results indicated that prevention,diagnosis and treatment should be performed as early as possible so as to decrease the morbidity and the sequelae.
