摘要
目前,我国已经建成或在建30多个国家级或省级的科技文献平台。伴随着平台运行过程中的各种问题,如何站在一个合理的角度对平台进行评价成了当前亟待解决的问题。文章将用户满意度的思想引入到科技文献平台的评价研究中,构建了一个平台用户满意度的评价指标体系,并在此基础上应用灰色模糊综合评价法对指标体系进行综合评价,旨在为平台评价方面的研究提出一些有意义的参考。
At present, 30 national or provincial level' s science and technology documents sharing platforms have been completed or under construction in China. How to evaluate the platform from a reasonable angle should be solved urgently. This paper draws the idea of customer satisfaction into the platform' s evaluation, sets up an indicator system for evaluating the platform' s customer satisfaction and evaluates the indicator system by grey-fuzzy comprehensive judgment, for the purpose of proposing some meaningful references to the platform' s evaluation.
