非理性信念研究及其对大学生心理健康教育的启示

Research about Irrational Beliefs and Its Enlightenment to Mental Health Education of College Students

非理性信念的研究始于上世纪60年代,近几十年的发展为心理学理论的完善尤其在临床心理学方面做出了重要贡献。非理性信念是引发各种不良情绪和行为问题的主要原因之一。大学生常见的非理性信念主要有不良自我意识、自我中心、低挫折耐受等,针对这些非理性信念,可以通过完善大学生自我意识、培养大学生自立能力、增强大学生人际交往等方式培养大学生合理信念,增进心理健康。

The study of irrational beliefs started from 60＇s of last century. In the past few decades,its development has made important contributions to the improvement of the psychological theory, especially in the field of applied psychology. Irrational beliefs is one of the most important resources of various emotional and behaviour problems. College students usually have some irrational beliefs such as disorders of self consciousness, selfishness, low frustration - tolerance and so on. As to these irrational beliefs, we could improve college students＇ mental health through some methods such as improve self consciousness, develop self- reliant and improve interpersonal interaction skills.
