Discussion on TCM principle of treatment of endocrinopathy

内分泌众多疾病证候繁杂，作者归纳其治法有辨证治法与基本治则二类。本文论述了基本治则５种，即补肾填精、泻肾抑亢、温阳益气、软坚消瘤、涤污清浊。具体介绍了各法的适应证、主要用药及其药理机制和注意事项等。

With various signs and symptoms,endocrinopathy is very complicated.In this paper,the treatment methods were induced into two typology,which is basic principle and differentiation according to signs and symptoms. And five principle of treatment were dicussed.They are reinforcing the kidney to strengthen the essence,purging the kidney-fire to reduce the excess,warming yang and nourishing qi,resolving the hard lumps to treat boils,removing turbid pathigenis factor.The indications,administrations,pharmacological machanism and cautions of each method were also introduced in detail.
