中国农大小型猪经隐动脉股动脉穿刺方法 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨小型猪经隐动脉股动脉穿刺方法。方法16只中国农大小型猪,保定麻醉后,切开局部皮肤,暴露隐动脉,经隐动脉穿刺,置入4F桡动脉鞘,在Cook超滑泥鳅导丝导引下将椎动脉造影管经隐动脉置入股动脉。结果16只中国农大小型猪用此方法穿刺25次,成功25次,成功率100%,平均耗时约15min。结论经隐动脉股动脉穿刺法成功率高、创伤小、操作简便、省时、可多次操作,能充分满足小型猪血管内操作要求。 Objective To evaluate the trans-saphenous femoral artery puncture method for mini-pigs. China agricultural university mini-pigs, after binding and anesthesia, exposing the saphenous artery by Methods 16 incising local skin, 4F radial artery catheter was placed in it after puncture, then the vertebral artery catheter was placed in the femoral artery via the saphenous artery guided by the super slide angled Cook guide wire. Result The puncture was carried out 25 times in 16 China agricultural university mini-pigs, all succeeded with the success ratio 100% and the mean time required was about 15 minutes. Conclusion The tans-saphenous femoral artery puncture method with the advantages of high success rate, mini-invasiveness, convenient operation, saving time and repeat for more times is competent for mini- pigs' endovascular manipulation.
