刘向父子的五脏配五行观是心配土说，这与西汉“国运”为土德有关，因此认为《黄帝内经》当是心配土说体系。东汉初改“国运”为火德，且东汉重文治，重视图书的整理编校工作，因而产生了与“国运”一致的包括《灵枢》、《素问》

Abstract Liu Xiang and his sons theory of the heart and earth,which was relevent to the coodination of five zang orangs and five elements,was the theory of the coodination of the fact that in the Eastern Han Dynasty much more improtance was attached to the dependence of “the national fate” on the nature of earth.Therefore,Canon of Internal Medicine was regarded as the theoretical system of the coodination of the heart and earth.In the early Eastern Han Dynasty, it was held that“the national fate”was mainly relying on the nature of fire.At that time,the ruling class paid much attention to the culture and eduaction and the arrangement and compilation of books.As a result,many medical classics conformed to“the national fate”came into being,including Miraculous Pivot and Plain Questions,which held that the heart coodinates with fire.
