金属铸造基托在全口义齿修复中的应用评价

Application of metal-made baseplate in complete denture prosthesis

目的:探讨金属铸造基托在全口义齿修复中的应用价值。方法:选择2005年10月～2007年10月在我科作口腔修复的80例患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组用金属基托作全口义齿修复,对照组用塑料基托作全口义齿修复,比较两组临床疗效。结果:修复2个月后观察组适应性、语言发音和咀嚼效率中等以上为100%,而对照组分别为75%、80%和77.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:金属铸造基托全口义齿在适应性、语言发音和咀嚼效率上均优于塑料全口义齿,是全口义齿的最佳修复体。

Objective： To explore the value of metal-made baseplate in complete denture prosthesis.Methods： Select 80 patients that treated in our department from Oct. 2005 to Oct. 2007,which were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the observation group were used metal-made baseplate and the control group were used plastic base- plate,compare their clinical effect.Results： After two months, the adaptability, oral mucosa and masticatory efficiency of the observation group were all upper middle-grade, which of the control group was 75%,80% and 77.5% respectively, the difference was statistical significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Metal-made baseplate is better than plastic baseplage on adaptability,oral mucosa and masticatory efficiency, it is feasible for complete denture prosthesis.
