CT检查对高强度聚焦超声治疗晚期肝癌的近期疗效评价

Short-term Efficacy Evaluation of CT Inspection of High Intensity Focused Ultrasound in Treatment of Patients with Advanced Liver Cancer

目的探讨CT在高强度聚焦超声治疗晚期肝癌的近期疗效的评价中的作用。方法对86例应用HIFU治疗前后的晚期肝癌的CT平扫及增强影像的表现进行比较。结果病灶缩小35例,占43%;增大32例,占39%;无缩小及增大15例,治疗区内坏死区均增大。结论HIFU治疗晚期肝癌有疗效显著,CT检查能真实反映病灶的转归情况,为临床的进一步治疗及对预后的评价提供直接的证据,是检验HIFU治疗效果的较好方法。

Objective To investigate the effect of the recent evaluation of the role of CT in the high intensity focused altrasound（HIFU） treatment of patients with advanced liver cancer. Methods 86 cases of the application of HIFU treatment for advanced liver cancer before and after CT scan and enhance the performance of images were compared. Results 35 cases of narrow focus,accounting for 43 percent,increasing the 32 cases ,accounting for 39%, non-shrinking and increasing in 15 cases,the treatment of the region had increased necrotic area. Conclusion HIFU treatment of patients with advanced liver cancer had a significant effect, CT examination can be a true reflection of lesions of the vesting conditions for the clinical prognosis for further treatment and evaluation to provide direct evidence to test the effect of HIFU treatment of a better way.
