摘要
目的探讨清洗软式内镜活检钳的最佳方法。方法将内镜活检钳人工污染枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢和全血后,分别以4种方法进行清洗,A组:手工刷洗;B组:多酶清洗液浸泡加手工刷洗;C组:超声机清洗;D组:多酶清洗液加超声机清洗。用芽孢清除率和隐血试验评价清洗效果。结果四组内镜钳清洗后存留芽孢数及芽孢清除率比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01),其中D组芽孢清除率最高,达99.91%;以下依次为C组(99.00%)、B组(96.84%)及A组(90.37%)。四组内镜钳的隐血试验阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),其中D组、B组阳性率显著偏低(均P<0.0083)。结论多酶洗液浸泡可有效去除内镜活检钳污染的血渍,软式内镜活检钳采用多酶洗液浸泡后用超声机清洗能达到较好的清洗效果。
Objective To explore the best way to clean endoscopic biopsy forceps. Methods Endoscopic biopsy forceps were artificially contaminated with Bacillus subtilis vat. niger spore and blood, then they were washed by four methods respectively as follows: Group A forceps were cleaned by manual scrubbing; Group B were immersed into multienzyme liquid and then was cleaned by ma- nual scrubbing; Group C were washed with an ultrasonic cleaner; Group D were immersed into multienzyme liquid and then were washed with an ultrasonic cleaner. The cleaning effect of above methods were compared with the clearing rate of Bacillus vat. niger spore, and occult blood (OB) test. Results The clearing rates of Bacillus var. niger spore in group A, B, C and D were 90.37%, 96.84%, 99.00% and 99.91% respectively, and there was significant difference among 4 groups, with the clearing rate in group D being the highes, followed by group B,C and A. The positive rates of OB test had significant difference among the four groups (P〈0.05), with the positive rates of group B and D being the lowest (P〈0. 0083). Conclusion Multienzyme immersion can effi- ciently remove the bloodstain of endoscopic biopsy forceps. If this method is used in combination with ultrasonic cleaner washing, the cleaning effect is better.
