摘要
目的探讨防止病房棉被污染的有效方法,保持棉被干燥洁净,消除医院感染隐患。方法选择病房内新购进的棉被100床,随机分成实验组和对照组各50床,两组棉被经紫外线照射消毒后进行表面采样,送细菌室进行细菌培养。实验组先套棉被保护罩再套消毒过的干净被罩,常规湿式扫床,定期更换被罩;对照组直接套上被罩,常规湿式扫床,定期更换被罩。结果两组棉被使用后第3、7、14天的菌落总数及各采样点细菌菌落数比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论保护罩防渗阻菌性能良好,可保护棉被免受污染。
Objective To explore a method for preventing pollution of quilts in the wards, and to eliminate the hidden risk of nosoeomial infection. Methods A total of 100 quilts were equally randomized into a control group and an experimental group. The quilts of both groups were disinfected with ultraviolet and then the researchers took some surface samples from each quilt for bacterial culture. After that, the researchers wrapped each quilt in the experimental group with a anti-pollution covering and then wrapped a disinfected cotton covering from outside. Conversely, researchers wrapped each quilt in the control group only with a disinfected cotton covering from outside. The quilts in both group were cleaned daily with a wet brush, and the external coverings were changed regularly. Results There were significant difference in the total number of colonies and in the number of colonies at each tested point of the quilts in both groups on the 3rd, 7th, and 14th days (P〈0.01 for all). Conchtsion The anti-pollution quilt covering is good for preventing bacterial penetration. It can protect the quilt from pollution.
