A Study of Application Strategy for Implementing Knowledge Management in University City

以知识的属性和知识转换的4种模式为基准，建立知识管理技术概念模型，针对高教园区目前知识管理的现状和问题，提出高教园区实施知识管理的内容和目标，制定高教园区知识管理的框架结构和实施步骤。

Abstract Based on the attributes of knowledge and its four changing modes, this paper explored the basic functions and realizing paths of knowledge management system and put forward a frame structure of applying knowledge management in the university city.
