摘要
从《资治通鉴》“臣光日”中提取管理思想，形成司马光对征求管理意见的系列思想。通过分析有关征求管理意见的材料，司马光讨论听取管理意见的重要性、必要性、目的、方法及如何对待意见等，这对搞好高校学生管理工作具有参考价值。
Abstract In this paper we study the thoughts of Si Ma-guang＇ soliciting management opinions by analyzing ＂Subject Guang＇s speaking＂ from Zi Zhi Tong Jian （General Mirror for the Aid of Government）. Si Maguang discussed the soliciting managemental opinions＇ importance, necessity, aims, methods and the treatment of opinions, which are of high value for College students＇ management.
