为提高农村中小学信息化教育教学水平，我国实施“农村中小学现代远程教育工程试点示范项目”。这对于实现农村中小学教育信息化、缩小城乡教育差距等有重要意义。以衡水部分中小学为调查对象，通过问卷、深入访谈等方式进行调查。虽然信息化建设在这些学校取得一些成绩，但因为是建设初期，所以仍有一些问题有待解决。
