摘要
本文试图通过对汨罗市发展循环经济——再生资源产业的研究，总结汨罗市循环经济发展模式，明晰汨罗再生资源产业的发展路径、发展目标和发展战略。为地方政府引导产业的发展，破解中小企业融资难及财税政策支持循环经济发展等方面提供一些可供借鉴的思路。
This thesis analyzes and interprets the development path, goal, and strategies of the renewable resource industries in Miluo, by doing this it summarizes the development model of the Circular Economy of Miluo. It was written for the local government about guiding the renewable resource industries, solving the financing problems for medium-sized and small-sized enterprises, and offering advices to use tax assistance to develop circular economy.
