目前在高校毕业生就业过程中因不重视个人档案而使个人遭受损失的事例屡屡发生。作为一名人事档案工作者，提醒广大高校毕业生：人事档案是高校毕业生在校期间生活、学习及社会实践活动的历史记录，是高校毕业生就业及各单位选拔、任用、考核的主要依据，与个人的待遇、社会保障、组织关系紧密联系，各位高校毕业生要重视自己人事档案，并根据国家规定妥善管理。

At present, individual losses owing to neglect of personal file frequently occurs during the job hunting of the university graduates. As a worker on personal files, I have to warn the graduates that personal file is the historical record of their life, study and social practice on campus and is also the principal evidence for job seeking and selection, recruitment, appraisal by the employing unit, which is closely related to individual treatment, social insurance, organizational relations. Therefore, every university graduate should attach importance to his or her personal file and cope with it properly according to our country＇ s regulations.
