气相色谱法对黑加仑油中不饱和脂肪酸的测定 被引量:1

摘要 采用气相色谱法对黑加仑油中的γ-亚麻酸,α-亚麻酸和亚油酸的含量进行测定。对试验条件设计和试验方法确认,并进行了线性关系考察、精密度试验、重现性实验以及回收率试验。各种试验数据和结果表明,采用该方法测定黑加仑油中不饱和脂肪酸的含量操作简便、数据准确、结果安全可靠。 Uses the gas phase chromatography to the black gallon oil in γ-the linolenic acid, α - the linolenic acid and the linoleic acid content carries on the determination. To tries to be able the condition design and the testing method confirmation, and has carried on the linear relationship inspection, the accuracy experiment, the reproduction quality experiment as well as the returns-ratio experiment. Each kind of tentative data and indicated finally that uses this method to determine in the black gallon oil the unsaturated fatty acid content operation to be simple, the data is accurate, result safe reliable.
