This paper analizes the present situation of physical education and puts forward the three aspects related to the transfer of P. E. core in China's universities and colleges. At the same time,it also prospects for the four changes of P. E. inuniversities and colleges in the twenty-first century: modernization,independence,lifetime engagement and open style.
