泪道激光加置泪道引流管治疗泪道阻塞性疾病的临床观察

Clinical effect on treatment to obstructive diseases of lacrimal passage by lacrimal passage laser combined with lacrimal drainage

目的观察泪道激光治疗泪道阻塞性疾病后置入泪道引流管的疗效。方法激光疏通泪道后，分别由上下泪小点插入泪道引流管，由下鼻道钩出引流管并打结留置6个月治疗160例。结果泪溢消失者122例，泪溢好转者16，无效者22例，总有效率为86．2％。结论泪道激光加置泪道引流管是治疗泪道阻塞性疾病简便有效的方法，值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of lacrimal passage laser combined with lacrimal drainage on obstructive diseases of lacrimal passage. Methods After laser surgery of lacrimal passage, the lacrimal drainage tube was inserted from the superior and inferior lacrimal point and out of the inferior meatus of nose, followed by retention with a knot for 6 months. Results Of all 160 cases, the epiphora disappeared in 122 cases, improved in 16 eases and not change in 22 cases. The total effective rate was 86.2%. Conclusion It is a convenient and effective therapeutic method for obstructive diseases of lacrimal passage by lacrimal passage laser combined with lacrimal drainage, and deserves clinical attention.
