摘要
由于当前大多数临床外科病理专业人才的培养缺乏系统性规划，随意性较强，影响人才培养效率。本文提出了充分利用临床病理科丰富的病例资源建立病理图片库，并建立分阶段培养的模式，加强教师的作用及完善考核制度等设想，以期能促进临床外科病理专业人才的培养。
The training mode of pathological qualified personnel is inefficient due to deficiency of considerate programme. To improve the education of surgical pathology, we put forward some tentative ideas at training program, including establishing pathological pictures bank and a phased training model, improving the teaching methods and examination system.
